We offer a 30 day money back
guarantee for merchandise returned in the original container. During the Christmas season, we extend our guarantee, starting October 1 of any given year, our guarantee is the longer of 30 days or January 30th of that year. All returns and exchanges must include all attached lables & tags and and the merchandise must be in unused condition. Our gurarantee begins when you receive your merchandise. The customer is responsible for shipping charges unless otherwise specified. If your package arrives in damaged condition, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving it so we can have the shipping carrier inspect the package. We will replace the item within a resonable time allowing for shipping and handling. Warranties by the manufacturers vary and will be honored directly by those companies.

Our standard
shipping carrier is UPS for shipments within the US and USPS Air
for international shipments. Please allow 1 day for processing your order in addition to the shipping time. For example, a next day shipping request will actually take two days to arrive due to our need for one day to process your order. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the basic ground shipping charge. You will have the option to request faster shipping withing the shopping cart and you will be able to see the total charges before finalizing your purchase. Our shipping charges for US shipments vary from $8 to $21 for UPS Ground shipments in the US, depending upon the items purchased and includes insurance. We will exchange your product 1 time with no additional shipping charge (ground shipping in the US only) when we ship out your exchange. All other shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service and we reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person or company.
International shipments vary from $35 to $55 for US Airmail 7-10 day delivery and the only countries we will ship to at this time are: Australia, Canada, Japan and the UK. The purchaser is responsible for any custom charges or duty tax requred by their country for any merchandise shipped.
